At Tiny Dost, every item is carefully checked before dispatch — your trust means everything to us. However, as a small and growing brand, we currently offer exchanges only (no returns or refunds).

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening your package.

The video should clearly show the parcel from all sides before opening, and the item being taken out.

This helps us verify any issue and ensures fairness for both sides.

Exchanges are only accepted for:

Wrong size or wrong item sent

Manufacturing defects (verified through the unboxing video)

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to process an exchange claim — this policy helps protect Tiny Dost from losses caused by accidental or intentional product damage after delivery.
